Simultaneously, the Portland District is continuing to implement actions to address a 2008 biological opinion from the National Marine Fisheries Service on the ongoing operations and maintenance of the WVP.<\/p>\n<p>Responses to this Request for Statements of Interest will be used to identify potential investigators for studies to be sponsored by the US Army Corps of Engineers (Portland District) and the Engineer Research and Development Center to provide research monitoring and evaluation services in the Willamette River Basin.<\/p>\n<p>The estimated level of funding for FY19 is approximately $100,000.00 to the successful Recipient\/Awardee.
