Attend the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Panel – Oct. 6

Attend the event  October 6, 2011

Hello! Please join us for a conversation with women leaders about the role of family planning and reproductive health in international development!

This presentation event will feature Azza Nofly, Jane Godia, and Olive Mtema, three women from Sub-Saharan Africa (Tanzania, Kenya, Malawi, respectively) who will share examples of their courageous work. This presentation will be moderated by Susan Thompson, MPH, Director of Timor-Leste Operations at Health Alliance International.

These leaders are part of a group of 22 women leaders from sub-Saharan Africa who are participating in a CEDPA (Centre for Development and Population Activities) workshop and participating in speaking engagements in Chicago and Seattle. They not only hope to share their experiences in the field but also raise awareness and support for continued US investments in family planning.

When: Thursday, October 6, 12:30-1:30 p.m.

Where: Foege Auditorium, 3720 15th Avenue NE, Seattle, WA 98195
