Volunteer Opportunities Abroad – Public Health Infrastructure PUBLIC HEALTH BRIGADES INFO SESSION Wednesdays Oct 12th,19th & 26th in PACCAR 295 @ 5:30PM

Want to help decrease life threatening diseases in under resourced communities? Would you like to travel to beautiful Central America for a week in the summer? Join University of Washington’s Public Health Brigade to Honduras, June 12-19 to help families improve their home infrastructure to combat diseases. During the one week brigade, students have the opportunity to work side-by-side with families to build eco-stoves, latrines, concrete floors, and water storage units. Stop by our info session and join us on our brigade this summer. Speaking Spanish is not mandatory and translators will be provided during brigade.

Public Health Brigades is a program of the international nonprofit, Global Brigades, the world’s largest student-led global health and sustainable development organization.
