1. DBT Skills Group (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy group). Mondays from 1:30-3:00 p.m. starting Monday, January 9, 2012. Ten weeks. Come join us to learn how to increase self-awareness, build relationship skills, manage crisis situations, and better control your emotions. 2. Process Group For Graduate Women of Color; Thursdays from 1:30 to 3:00, beginning January 12, 2012. The group will emphasize self-awareness, confidence, and self-esteem through growth oriented collaboration and help graduate women of color develop core strengths, which exist within every person. This group will explore concepts of invisibility, impostor syndrome, perfectionism and issues such as intimacy, relationships, tenure/childbirth and the colored glass ceiling.
