What: Simple Life 7 for Cardiovascular Health with American Heart Associations. Presenting, educating and empowering the Seattle Community

Hello.
We are Senior Nursing students from the University of Washington and we are currently working with the American Heart Association to promote their Simple Life 7 for Cardiovascular health in the Seattle community.
The Simple Life 7 is a set of 7 factors that people can follow to maintain adequate cardiac health, involving exercise, healthy diet and maintaining blood pressure.
We will be having presentation at local senior centers, schools, and community centers. Our goals are to make the topics approachable and fun for population with different education levels and backgrounds.
We are looking for volunteers who are willing to help us with presentations and learn more about educating the community related to cardiovascular health.
We will also educate volunteers on the presentation materials and involve them in presentations.
