You and your students are invited to a special and informative Pre-med Forum to learn more about a career in medicine. The American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) is partnering with the Northwest Osteopathic Medical Foundation to present:
Pre-Med Forum 2012 Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront 1401 SW Naito Parkway Portland, OR 97201 Saturday March 3, 2012, 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.
This event is free to all advisors and prospective medical students. Register by February 24th.
Pre-Med Forum 2012 will provide health professions advisors and students the opportunity to build a greater understanding of osteopathic medicine, medical schools, and osteopathic medical education.
Deans and Admissions Directors will be present from a number of osteopathic medical schools including Pacific NW University, Western/COMP-NW, A.T. Still, SOMA, Des Moines University, Kansas City University of Medicine and BioSciences, Touro, Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and other schools.
We will be drawing the name of a pre-med student at the Forum and awarding that person a $1000 voucher redeemable at any college of osteopathic medicine in the Northwest!
