Vietnam Health Clinic

Are you interested in going to Vietnam next summer to be a part of something amazing? Are you looking for more healthcare related experiences to enrich your academic ambitions? If you answered yes to either question, we would like to introduce you to a unique opportunity with Vietnam Health Clinic. We are a non-profit, student-led organization at the University of Washington dedicated to improving the healthcare access and services to the underprivileged populations of Vietnam. For two weeks, we conduct free health and dental clinics for various impoverished communities throughout Vietnam. We also provide the medicine and health education to the people we visit. In doing so, we hope to enhance the healthcare conditions of those populations as well as provide our student and health professional volunteers with an unforgettable and enriching experience.

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for Vietnam Health Clinic 2013! The application can be found on our website at www.vnhealth.org under the “Volunteer” tab. The application deadline is December 19th, 2012 (11:59 pm). There will be two info sessions held on Wednesday, November 28th and Thursday, November 29th, both at 5:30pm in Smith 313. You do NOT have to be Vietnamese, and we encourage students from all majors to apply. For general information, please visit our website or email questions to info@vnhealth.org.

Thank you,

Vietnam Health Clinic
