Each participant is responsible for identifying, securing and paying for their accommodations. Each year, a limited number of rooms will be reserved for course participants through University of Washington Conference Housing Services. The dorm will be located on west campus, and is a 10-15 minute walk from Magnuson Health Sciences Building, the location of the course. The dormitory is a spare but economical choice for lodging during the course. University lodging accommodations are offered as one flat fee for the duration of the course. University Conference Housing is only available during the duration of the course and is only for those attending official University activities.

Dorm housing package cost for 2020:

  • Single-occupancy dorm room: USD $1,598.36 per person (includes $36.36 tax)
  • Double-occupancy dorm room: USD $1,112.36 per person (includes $36.36 tax)

Accommodation packages include:

  • A room with a private bath from Sunday, July 19, to Friday, July 31, 2020
  • A pre-paid debit meal card ($360) that can be used for meal purchases at designated University dining locations for the duration of the course (funds are nonrefundable and nontransferable)
  • Nonrefundable Reservation Fee of $20

Guests can pay an additional nightly rate to arrive as early as July 17 and depart as late as August 2. Information regarding these rates will be available when you register for housing.

Participants will be able to register for housing after they have been accepted to attend the course. The information and link will be sent to participants who have confirmed their attendance. If you have been accepted but have lost the link please contact us at pshr@uw.edu.

Those being sponsored by the University of Washington should contact us at pshr@uw.edu.
