- At the beginning of the year, HR should send you notice that you can sell back your unused sick days from last year at 25%<\/li>\n
- This is the closes you’ll get to a bonus at UW.<\/li>\n
- Catch is that it only applies to sick hours from the previous year.\u00a0 96hours total.\u00a0 So if you use 8hrs, then you can only sell back 88hours.\u00a0 If you have plenty of vacation, then use those instead and sell back your sick days for extra money.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
