The goal of this study is to explore the differences between individuals with one of these gene events and their biological family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What gene events are we looking at?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>CHD8 loss-of-function&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>1q21.1 deletions<\/li><li>1q21.1 duplications&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>15q13.3 deletions&nbsp;<\/li><li>16p11.2 deletions<\/li><li>16p11.2 duplications&nbsp;<\/li><li>22q11.2 deletions<\/li><li>22q11.2 duplications&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anyone of any age with one of these gene events.<\/li><li>This is a remote study, so&nbsp;you do not have to live in the United States to participate.<\/li><li>The biological parents of the person with the gene event.<\/li><li>One full sibling of the person with the gene event.<\/li><li>Note: If the individual is adopted, they can still participate without their biological parents.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide a gene report of the person with the gene event to enroll.<\/li><li>Answer a series of questionnaires and complete some clinical zoom calls looking at your medical history, social, behavioral, and motor skills.<\/li><li>Provide saliva or blood samples for genetic testing.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Will you be paid?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Yes!
