| Professional Interests |
My professional interests include work grounded in capacity building, sense of belonging, and reciprocity with historically excluded communities. This can be achieved through mentorship, the promotion of science literacy, and the implementation of inclusive practices that don’t feel like add-ons but are foundational to the success of the university. |
| One thing you like about working and/or living in Seattle |
The water! Washington is a gorgeous state and Seattle provides quick access to rustic or ritzy, but the true beauty is in the water. Diving here is cold but worth it! |
| One thing you appreciate about working with students at UW |
The students at UW are driven, creative, open, and fearless in their pursuit of learning and community. I am proud to be a Husky because of them, and even prouder to be in a role to support their journey. |
