This page displays images of petroglyphs in Baga Oigor Sector II according to the mapping done by Jacobson et al. They are presented here first in the order of the numbering in Jacobson et al. 2001, followed by images which I have not been able to locate in the books. That is, there has been no effort to maintain a particular geographical order. The full bibliographic references will be found on the introductory page. For the images depicted in those publications, the authors indicate what part of the sector in which they are found and provide a measuring scale. Some of the images here also contain a 10 cm measuring scale.
Baga Oigor II is marked on its western end by a gully, which today shelters a winter herder home. One of the images of particular interest on the ridge to the east of it includes the outlines of a land-form, possibly a representation of that very gully, which the artist would have been able to see. There is a particularly rich ritual site on the eastern end of Baga Oigor II, marked by one of the most elaborately decorated large boulders found anywhere in the region. The images include an enclosure, numerous stags, several birthing women, and much more.
