Iran, Plain of Susa. 7th-beg. of 6th c. BCE. Silver. Decorated with head of lion on reverse and cuneiform inscription: "Untash, son of Hunban, the [term for relationship to a parent] of Ampirish [king of Samati]."

Iran, Susa. Achaemenid pd., 4th c. BCE. Sandstone. Inscription in Greek referring to a merchant from Asia Minor, who apparently was buried at Susa: "Nikokles, sone of Nikokles of Sinope."
