PNL is operated by Battelle for the U.S. Department of Energy. They deliver environmental science and technology services. Main office is in Richland, Washington. - Washington Sea Grant
Serves communities, industries and the people of Washington state, the Pacific Northwest and the nation through research, education and outreach in marine issues. They are part of a Sea Grant network administered by NOAA. Their offices are located directly across the street from SMEA and their director, Penny Dalton, is an Affiliate Associate Professor with SMEA.
