New link for educators!

SoundCitizen is happy to announce we have educational powerpoints and a data inquiry exercise with presence/absence data for some of the compounds we’ve measured in Puget Sound samples available for downloading!

The materials were developed for and tested with high school and community college educators, but can be adapted for many settings.  Simply click on the “For Educators” tab above, fill out the registration form (name, email and organization affiliation) and you will be given access to materials.  The information we collect will help us track impact and better connect us with educators who are interested in incorporating SoundCitizen research in their classrooms and programs.

SoundCitizen would like to thank Jay Burns and the My Place in Puget Sound curriculum design team for their invaluable contributions to these place-based and adaptive educational materials!

Continue to come back and check us out for updates!
