If you encounter a problem playing back the videos and

The place for where you guess the videos should be are blank or has a "Shibboleth" error,
And there's nothing to click on,
And you are using the Chrome browser,
And you're signed into that Chrome browser with a NON-UW account (ends in something other than @uw.edu or @u.washington.edu),
- Then
- Please Navigate to the top right corner
- click on your name
- Choose "switch person"
- and choose "browse as guest".
- When asked, sign in with your UWNETID credentials to the first video window.
- You can then hit reload & not have to log in for each video.
