A 65 year old with hematemesis

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
1.) What additional history and physical findings do you need?

Additional history and physical findings: history of peptic ulcer disease, history of alcohol use and/or cirrhosis, NSAID use, other anticoagulant use, history of vomiting and retching before onset of hematemesis, signs of shock, signs of cirrhosis or liver failure.
