Sources of upper gastrointestinal bleeding: bleeding peptic ulcer or gastric ulcer, esophagitis, gastritis, duodenitis, gastroesophageal varices, gastric neoplasm, Mallory Weiss tear, Dieulafoy lesion, AV malformation, epistaxis, hemoptysis.
