DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
3.) What are the pertinent points to be described in presenting the physical exam?

The points to be described in presenting the physical examination findings include location of the mass by clock face and distance from the nipple. Its size and consistency and mobility should also be described. Nipple discharge, nipple retraction, skin involvement, and lymphadenopathy should also be noted.
