11.) Who gets adjuvant chemotherapy in Stages I and II?
Adjuvant chemotherapy is recommended for all node positive patients and for node negative patients whose primary tumor is > 1 cm in size, estrogen receptor negative, neu/HER2 expressed, high grade histology, aneuploidy, or lymphovascular invasion.
Radiotherapy to the breast is required if lumpectomy has been done.
