DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
5.) How will you stage the patient?

Staging of Hodgkin's disease:

  • Stage I - disease in a single lymph node region

  • Stage II - involvement of 2 or more node regions on same side of diaphragm

  • Stage III - involvement of nodes on both sides of the diaphragm or involvement of spleen or Waldeyer's ring

  • Stage IV - disseminated involvement of extralymphatic organs
