Differential diagnosis of this adrenal mass:




  • Functional adrenal masses: adenoma secreting cortisol, adenoma secreting aldosterone, or pheochromocytoma.

  • Nonfunctional adrenal masses: metastatic disease to the adrenal, primary adrenal carcinoma, nonfunctioning adenoma, or angiomyolipoma.
