A 4 week old male with projectile vomiting

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
1.) What is the differential diagnosis based on the history given?

Differential diagnosis: overfeeding, formula intolerance, gastroesophageal reflux, pyloric duplication, hypertrophic pyloric stenosis, antral web, CNS lesion with increased intracranial pressure, and salt-wasting adrenogenital syndrome.
