DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
4.) How would you describe the procedure for measuring intraabdominal pressure?

Procedure for measurement of intraabdominal pressure: Intraabdominal pressure is reflected in the bladder pressure. After putting 50-100 cc. of saline into the bladder, the catheter is connected to a CVP manometer with the zero level at the symphysis pubis. The normal pressure should be less than 15cm H2O.
