4.) What diagnostic evaluation will be required?


  • Ultrasound: cystic vs. solid, vascular invasion

  • CT of abdomen with contrast: extent of mass, bilaterality, vascular invasion, nodes, metastases, contralateral renal function.

  • Chest X-ray and CT chest: pulmonary lesions
