DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
5.) What is the significance of Paget's cells in a biopsy of the nipple lesion?

The presence of Paget's cells indicates underlying breast carcinoma in over 97% of patients. It should be considered a manifestation or presentation of breast carcinoma.
