A 52 year old with progressive swelling of the abdomen.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS:
6.) How would you evaluate the patient for metastatic disease?
If the tumor is low grade and small, a chest X-ray should be obtained. If high grade or larger than 5 cm, a CT scan of the chest in indicated.
