We are working toward offering this important care. In the meantime, we recommend getting care with a hair removal provider in the community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not all providers accept insurance. Many can provide you with an invoice you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Some insurance plans, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hca.wa.gov\/free-or-low-cost-health-care\/i-need-medical-dental-or-vision-care\/transhealth-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"Washington Apple Health\/Medicaid\">Washington Apple Health\/Medicaid<\/a>, do not accept requests for reimbursement for hair removal. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance company directly to learn more about your coverage for hair removal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In preparation for surgery, hair removal can be completed with either laser or electrolysis&#8211;we have no specific preference as long as you are able to achieve success.
