Dr Wright is a member of the UW Medicine Diversity Council and the Clinic Director of the LatinX Diabetes Clinic at the SLU Diabetes Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an endocrinologist, providing gender affirming hormonal therapy to transgender adults is one of my clinical passions. I find myself continuously impressed by my patients&#8217; courage, conviction and resilience and I am humbled to be part of their journey to freedom, health and happiness. I provide consultative care for TGNB patients with complex conditions or nuanced situations that may benefit from another perspective.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>I also am a diabetes specialist, so I would be a good fit for gender diverse patients who also have diabetes that is not responding to first line treatments.
