As a UW professor and chief of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists Division, she provides expertise in the management of complex benign gynecologic issues including offering the full range of minimally invasive surgical options (vaginal, laparoscopic and robotic).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Chiang earned her BA&nbsp;from Whitman College and her M.D. from Oregon Health Sciences University. She completed residency training at the University of Texas Medical Branch. She has been board certified since 1996. She is listed as \u201cBest Doctors\u201d in Seattle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the training director for the UW Dysplasia clinic and Gynecology clinics, Dr. Chiang\u2019s practice is at the forefront of complex gynecologic care and surgery with a focus on minimally invasive surgery including robotics and the management of dysplasia, &nbsp;abnormal pap smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic masses, fibroids, polyps, ovarian cysts and tumors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seine Chiang, MD,&nbsp;is a gynecologic surgeon and gynecology specialist.
