My
name is Sheena and I was born on February 27, 1991, which makes me sixteen years
old. Next year I will be in the eleventh grade. I am a very athletic person
and I play soccer and run track for my school. I would put extra emphasis on
track because I am proud of my success only as a sophomore so far. In my free
time I enjoy watching scary movies and going shopping to relieve stress.
I also love to listen to music. I am always updating my ipod with the latest
songs that come on the radio. The one thing I love the most is just relaxing
after a long day of activities. I am a very artistic person and can draw very
well. Shopping at the mall is also one of my favorite because it relieves stress.
I hope to end up having a job in where I can express my creativity.
This year is my second year in Upward Bound. I am glad to be here because I
can take a break from my hometown. Upward Bound has made me realize the importance
of high school and how it will set you up for future success. I am thinking
about going to college at Morgan State University or the University of Maryland.
I just need to change my surroundings and environment because they are getting
old. Hopefully I can go to college for free to the University of my Choice.
This year I will be working hard to make sure this dream comes true.
