Another major reason for the bees’ extinction is their habitat loss.  Humans have a major role in this cause. For example, humans’ need to expand their city or extend a community of houses will need construction and natural resources. This could mean the cutting down of trees and trees are honeybee’s habitat. Humans build parking structures and shopping malls and this occupies space. What does this mean? This means that many trees will be cut down to allow space for the construction sites. Honeybees need large trees and with deforestation there are not many trees where bees can make their home.

The last major reason as to why honeybees are becoming extinct is cell phones. Bees are highly attracted to electromagnetic radiation. When a cell phone is used it projects electromagnetic waves and it damages bees’ ability to return to their colony. It is as if their navigation system is destroyed and they cannot recall where their home is. It is known that these electromagnetic waves damages this specific ability in honeybees, but it is not proven that it destroys whole beehives.

Again, there are many reasons as to why bees are becoming extinct, but three major ones are highly defined. These three main reasons are parasites, habitat loss and cell phones.
So the next time you attempt to exterminate a bee just know that you are contributing to a cause that is kills one of the most vital organisms on this planet.
