UW Medicine IT Services - Identity & Access Management

In order to gain access to UW Medicine systems, you will first need to set up access to the University of Washington network with a UW NetID Login.
Your UW NetID should be the same value as your AMC ID.

Set up UW NetID Account

    If you have not already done so, please follow the directions in Claim UW NetID guide to set up your UW NetID access and enroll in Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

    Set up UW Medicine (AMC) Account

      Once you have completed the above steps to set up your UW NetID, you will need to set up your UW Medicine AMC ID by following these steps:
      1. Navigate to https://sailpoint.uwmedicine.org/.
      2. Enter your AMC ID in the "Username" field and click "Forgot Password".
      3. Verify your identity with Duo MFA.
      4. Answer security questions and follow the remaining steps to set your AMC account password.

      The password you specify will be active right away.
