In Katy's Math 4 class, the students learned basic algebra concepts including variables and expressions, patterns and sequences, order of operations, open sentences, the distributive property, graphs and functions, number lines, statistics, negative integers, rational numbers, written equations and formulas, solving equations, solving for a variable, angles and triangles, and trig ratios. In this class, the students worked in groups and received one-on-one help from Katy and Mario.
