Antonio Martinez Department : Math TA Years with Upward Bound: First summer My name is Antonio Martinez and I am a TA for Barry Minai's math classes. I am a student at the University of Washington and I am an Engineering major.

Why did you decide to join the program.

It was a summer job! I like to tutor students and I thought it would be a good experience.

What do you like most about the program?

I like the kids. I like to tutor people.

What do you think about the students in the program?

I think they are great. They all seem very enthusiastic about learning during the summer which really amazes me.
