Why did you decide to work for Upward Bound?
I wanted to spend some of my summer teaching and sharing my passion for astronomy and science with others. Upward Bound is the perfect venue for this.
What did you expect form this program? (e.g. students, class structure)
I expected to be teaching high school students and all the comes with that. I enjoy this age group and I expected students who were eager to learn but also won't put up with being bored.
What do you do for fun in your spare time?
I play the trombone in the University concert band. I also play ultimate frisbee, softball and I run.
