Welcome all to another looney episode of the Online Upward Bound Magazine!

Upward Bound is a college preparatory program designed to assist, prepare, and educate students from Cleveland, Franklin, and Nathan Hale High School for that next step in life. To be a part of Upward Bound, you need to meet one or both of the following criteria: be low income and/or the first in your family to go to college.

The web magazine was created by the students in the 2003 summer Upward Bound program. Come on in and take a look!
