College Prep 1 & 2 is taught by Leny and Fina to new students entering the UB Program. This class focuses on topics such as the process of college applications, applying for scholarships, applying for financial aid, creating resumes, writing an effective college essay, etc. This course helps educate students to make the best and effective decision about college. Students also visit the UW Graduate Library to research and study the colleges they wish to enroll. In addition, students review basic essay writing and write their own essays for applications such as scholarships and college admission.
