Deep pelvic endometriosis
Images above show cyst in the right ovary with low level echoes within it with no internal color flow which is suggestive of an endometrioma. The patient also had a soft tissue mass (shown below) along the posterior part of the uterus which was consistent with an endometriotic deposit in the cul de sac. This was hence a case of deep pelvic endometriosis.
