Our speech-language pathologists gather information\u00a0through parent report, observation, formal assessments, and structured interactions to generate a comprehensive evaluation of each child\u2019s language and communication abilities based on presenting concerns and observations.<\/p>\n<p>Initial recommendations are discussed in person and a detailed evaluation report is provided for use at home, school, or individual speech and language therapy. These reports include a summary of performance on testing and other measures, individual goals, recommendations for therapy, and discussion of related concerns (e.g., referrals to other disciplines like applied behavior analysis, occupational therapy, physical therapy).
