Founders Fellows Award: Summer Research Stipend
The Founders Fellows Summer Research Stipend provides 2-5 awards each year to UW Bothell undergraduate students participating in a structured research project over the summer. Award amount is up to $3,000.
- Student must have a UW faculty or staff mentor
- Student must be an undergraduate student at UW Bothell.
- Student is expected to participate in some of the Summer Fundamentals research workshops provided by Connected Learning or another similar research skills and community-building program.
- Student must provide a Connected Learning News blog article (min 3 paragraphs) with an image that summarizes their research experience when they are finished. Posted at https://www.uwb.edu/connected-learning-news.
Applications are due in May. For 2023, applications are due May 26, 2023. Applications can be submitted after May 26, but awards will be issued on a first-come basis and depending on the remaining funds available.
This award is made possible due to the Founders Endowment Fund and managed by Connected Learning.
