In partnership with the UW Center for Studies in Demography and Ecology (CSDE), this program supports multidisciplinary teams of students to work on real-world population health challenges. This program is open to junior or senior status undergraduate students and graduate students from all UW campuses! The Summer 2025 Population Health Applied Research Fellowship team will work closely with the King County Demographer and King County Parks to assess the accessibility of our parks. Deliverables will include a written report and presentation to our stakeholders.

We are hosting an information session on Monday, March 3rd from 12-1pm in HRC 101. Please RSVP via our online form if you plan to attend.

If interested, students may reach out to Arti Shah at pophlth@uw.edu for any questions. Application instructions and more information can also be found at the links provided.

Due late March.
