University of Montana Agreement, March 2014<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Back in 2012 complaints were filed against the University of Montana that it was discriminating against students with disabilities \u201cby using online tools such as Web pages, library databases, live chats, videos, and a course-registration site that were inaccessible.\u201d<\/p>\n

An agreement has been reached between the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights and the University of Montana to ensure educational accessibility for people at UM with disabilities.<\/p>\n
