There will be a red <strong>Download Book<\/strong> button for each completed title.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Download Book<\/strong> button to proceed to your materials. <br \/> &#10139; If your browser has pop-up blockers enabled, right-click and select <strong>Open Link in a New Window<\/strong> to continue. <\/li>\n<li>The link will take you to a Dropbox folder containing your files. In some cases, you will be directed to a UW Libraries entry or another platform (if you have received an email with separate instructions). Log in with your UW NetID if prompted.<\/li>\n<li>If there is more than one file format available, you are welcome to use whichever type you prefer.<\/li>\n<li>Download the folders\/files to your computer or device.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Storing your files:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe recommend saving your materials to some type of cloud storage, so that you can access them from any of your devices.<\/p>\n<p>Some students prefer to use a Dropbox account for convenience; you can save files to your account by choosing <em>Save to my Dropbox.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>UW also provides access to <a href=\"https:\/\/itconnect.uw.edu\/connect\/productivity-platforms\/google-productivity-platform\/google-drive\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Google Drive<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/itconnect.uw.edu\/connect\/productivity-platforms\/microsoft-productivity-platform\/onedrive-for-business\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Microsoft OneDrive<\/a> via your NetID. <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"uw-btn btn-play btn-none\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=SLcJRnzb-9g\">Watch a how-to on YouTube<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"box-outer\">\n<div class=\"box one box-none box-tan\">\n<div class=\"tile\">\n<h2>Using your materials<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your files or web locations with your desired text-to-speech or screen-reading software (if applicable). This is one of the main topics covered in your Accessible Materials orientation.<\/li>\n<li>We recommend using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturalreaders.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Natural Reader<\/a>, which has an excellent free version. There is a web app and Chrome extension, along with Windows and Mac desktop apps.
