The Novice Genealogy Group of the UWRA is open to anyone interested in genealogy.  We meet monthly September-June, second Tuesday, 2-4pm, usually at the Montlake Branch of the Seattle Public Library.  Topics of general genealogical interest are presented.  Computer literacy is desirable, but not necessary.  Problems or specific questions are requested in advance so that help will be relevant. Occasionally we go on field trips to Fiske Library, Main Seattle Public Library, or Seattle Genealogical Society, and have local professional genealogists present introductory lectures.  The group size varies but is usually 7-15 people.
