While GEMS will continue to accept mailed paper transcripts, we encourage e-transcripts to save students shipping costs, expedite enrollment, and support the UW\u2019s green initiatives. This development is especially timely considering that many institutions are operating remotely due to COVID-19 and delivery of paper transcripts may be impeded from certain countries.<\/p>\n<p>With this announcement, GEMS has made the following updates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New instructions in the Submit Final Degree Transcript section of the Graduate Application Pre-Registration Page. Viewable in <a href=\"https:\/\/grad.uw.edu\/for-faculty-and-staff\/mygrad-department-view\/\">MyGrad<\/a> &gt; Graduate Applicant Detail &gt; Appl Status<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>New <a href=\"https:\/\/grad.uw.edu\/admission\/understanding-the-application-process\/official-transcript-requirements\/\">Official Transcript Requirements<\/a>\u00a0page.
