Please take the following actions on your Autumn 2016 applications before September 28<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. Enter admissions decisions for any applications still in \u201cReceived\u201d status.
    \nNote<\/em>: Applications without decisions are automatically changed to \u201cDenied\u201d status after the 8th day of the quarter.<\/li>\n
  2. Instruct your students with a status of \u201cOffered – Cards Made\u201d to log in to their online application to Accept and Confirm or to Decline the offer.
    \nNote<\/em>: Students cannot register until they have paid the ECD. Students who wait to Accept and Confirm on or after September 28th will need to do so in person and pay the ECD by check with the Office of the University Registrar.<\/li>\n
  3. Submit a petition to \u201cDefer\u201d Autumn 2016 admission for any student starting in a future quarter\/year. Before<\/em> you submit the petition, make sure the student is not registered.<\/li>\n
  4. If a student with a status of \u201cOffer Accepted \u2013 Enrolled Packet Made\u201d has decided not to attend UW, please submit an \u201cOther\u201d petition requesting the student\u2019s status be changed to \u201cConfirmed Declined.\u201d Before<\/em> you submit the petition, make sure the student is not registered.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
