Community Sexual Assault Programs

In Washington State, Accredited Community Sexual Assault Programs (CSAPs) are available in each county to help victims and family members receive services, advocacy, and support. CSAPs provide the following free services:

  • Confidential 24/7 hotline
  • Information about sexual assault and potential impact of sexual assault
  • Referral to other community service providers, including medical exams and counseling for the impact of the sexual abuse/assault
  • Crisis intervention and on-going support
  • Medical and legal advocacy

Some Community Sexual Assault Programs also provide counseling and other supportive services. There may be a fee for these services. Insurance and Crime Victim's Compensation may help with the costs.
