RAISE is launching a 18-month learning collaborative focused on low-barrier HIV care (LBC) to enhance the implementation of local public health activities centered on HIV treatment. The goal of this learning collaborative is to support the adoption and optimization of LBC at participating organizations, helping these organizations to design, implement, monitor and evaluate a low-barrier care strategy for HIV treatment.
The target audience for the learning collaborative includes HIV clinics and health department partners that are: a) in the planning phase of initiating a HIV LBC model, with secured funding, or b) in the early stages of implementation. Teams from each jurisdiction are expected to participate in scheduled sessions and peer-learning activities of the collaborative, including virtual monthly group meetings and one-on-one TA sessions with facilitators throughout the 18-month implementation period.
The learning collaborative will begin in January 2026. There will also be one in-person meeting in February 2026 in Seattle, WA (travel funding available).
