The UW Medicine Day One experience will continue kicking off with The Starting Line activities (7:30 &#8211; 8:45AM) followed by our comprehensive orientation program in the Tower auditorium from 9:00am \u2013 4:00pm.<\/p>\n<p>New employees should be compensated for a full day (8 hours) for their participation in UW Medicine Day One (NEO).<\/p>\n<ul class=\"frontpagelist\">\n<li>Follow the link for the full calendar and to <a class=\"uw-btn btn-sm\" href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/uwmhrodt\/orientation-onboarding\/new-employee-orientation\/\">Learn More<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Upcoming Classes<\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><a href=\"http:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/uwmhrodt\/classes\/leadership-development\/additional-leadership-offerings\/extraordinary-leader-workshop\/\">Extraordinary Leader\u00a0<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>The Extraordinary Leader Workshop utilizes proven research and a 360-degree feedback assessment to promote the learning and growth of leaders. This program is designed for mid- and senior-level leaders who have served in their role for at least nine months. <strong>The program consists of two sessions.<\/strong> After the introductory session, leaders invite those they work with to provide feedback about how they demonstrate a set of specific leadership competencies. The program consists of a series of <strong>four one-day workshops<\/strong> that are completed sequentially as part of a cohort.
